| Registration/Account Usage |

| Each individual should only use one account. If you lose access, please use the Lost Password link. If you have lost access to the-mail you registered with, please use the Recover My Account Access link. |
| You may bid from anywhere on Earth. We will keep track of your bidding IP addresses. |
| You may only use your account to bid. You are not allowed to access other peoples' accounts. Hacking or unauthorized access/manipulation of other peoples' accounts will result in your account termination of your account and criminal prosecution where possible. |
| Please, only create one account per household/apartment/address. Multiple accounts per address hints of collusion, which we consider similar to insider stock trading. If we find hints of collusion we reserve the right to invalidate all your bidding activity, terminate your account and keep any funds you have paid for bid packs. |

| You understand that this site is a penny auction, which allows you to pay to bid on the items we list. |
| Bids must be purchased prior to bidding and once used in an auction are non-refundable except for situations where server error or other unusual circumstances are shown. |
| Unused bids may be refunded at any time by contacting us. |
| Unless stated otherwise, all items we list are brand new and carry the same warranties you would get buying the items at conventional sources. |
| All bids have timestamps and the order is determined by our server. Variables such as network traffic on our ports as well as internet delays from your ISP may affect smoothness of our auctions but the bidding list on our server is the final arbiter of bidding activity. |
| Most auctions will allow a Buy It Now option that allows bidders to use credit from paid (not voucher/free bids) bids toward purchasing the item at our published retail price. |
| When you click the bid button, your bid balance will decrease by one, The category of bid (regular, voucher, trial) depends on the auction. |
| At this time, we do not allow users to bid over the retail cost of an item up for auction. Voucher bids get used before paid bids. We may allow the user to select which type of bid gets used first. |
| Payment of won auctions |

| After you win an auction, you will get 1 week to pay for it. |

| As an e-commerce site, we have the responsibility to send out your won items in a reasonable amount of time, within a week for cheaper items and within 30 days for more expensive items. If we cannot meet 30 days, we will give you choices of waiting, getting refunds or any other reasonable offer. |
| Returns |

| You will have 45 days from the day we ship your product to request a return. We try to show what you will receive so the only reasons you have for return are defective or broken product. |
| If you want to refund an item, please let us know and we will let you know if you should return it to our office or to the product company. |

| You have the right to a secure account (as far as technologically possible). |
| You have the right to an answer to your question within 72 hours. We will likely answer inquiries within hours if not minutes but depending on workload and severity of the question (eg, questions already answered clearly on our site may take longer to get a personal answer if we are already concerned with other issues), |
| You have the right to receive notification that won items are shipped in less than a week for less expensive items and within a month for more expensive (over US$200) items. |
| You have the right that we will monitor bidding activity and make reasonably fair and ethical actions when dishonest bidders are found. |
| You have the right to bid from anywhere in the world. |

| We have the right to suspend any account for any reason. Possible reasons include but are not limited to suspected or proven collusion, credit card fraud, successful or attempted breach of our server, harassment of other bidders, attempted unauthorized access of other bidders' accounts and any other fraudulent or unethical actions. |
